Corinne Wills joined Aspen Grove in 2024. Corinne currently owns and operates Versatile Design a residential design firm in Evergreen Colorado specializing in Large remodels and cabinetry throughout the Colorado Foothills. After 15 plus years in both the commercial and residential design industry Corinne knew that adding Associate Broker to her credentials was the next step in offering her clients a full-service experience.

Corinne is passionate about everything homes, from finding clients their dream home to working with them to create that dream home. Living in the foothill’s communities, she understands that many properties on the market need updating. Corinne's unique skill set allows her to not only help clients find that home but also transform it into a beautiful and functional space that meets their needs.

Corinne cultivated her passion and expertise in design while working with industry-leading design firms and manufacturers at Versatile, a commercial manufacturer serving the construction and office furniture industry nationwide. Over the years, Corinne has worked on various projects, including custom homes, bars, restaurants, and large-scale office build-outs throughout the US. However, she enjoys most the complexities of a remodel, finding it fuels her creativity.

Corinne’s dual role as a designer is a huge advantage to her clients. She is able to help clients see the potential of a home as well as guide them through any renovation or construction projects that may come. Her expertise in furnishing and space planning makes her the perfect choice for listing your home in its best condition.
